The First National Center is closed to the public for renovation. There will be no access to the building via outside doors, the Underground or the skywalk while it's under construction.

Downtown OKC’s Underground (formerly known as The Conncourse,) is a series of tunnels and skywalks that connect a large part of the central business district’s buildings and parking garages.

Opened in 1974, the tunnel system is about one mile long and covers more than 20 square blocks.

Today, the Underground is managed by the Downtown Business Improvement District and Downtown Oklahoma City, Inc. and is open to the public from 6am to 8pm, Monday through Friday. There are several businesses located in the Underground including China Chef, Shartel Underground Café, Hot Tamale Grill, as well as a post office and a bank. The tunnels provide direct connections to many other buildings in the area, and The Underground hosts many photo galleries and art installations.
